Replacing my 1990 740IL
Dear Ed,
I have owned a beautiful 1990 BMW 740iL for many years and have just recently started to think about replacing this classic car. I am a committed BMW owner and wondered if you have any advice about which BMW series or models I should be test driving and considering?

You need to first consider which of the 7 Series features that you want to reinvest in: Sedan, Diesel engine, long wheelbase, Hybrid Sedan. I would test drive all 6 of the 7 series models, but I wold also test the BMW 6 series and then just for fun test drive one or more of the 8 series.
